The main objective of having a STUDENT GRIEVANCES CELL running in college.it is usually considered as a tool to sort out the issues between student and college it is means which states that a student who believe that he/she has been treated unfairly with respect to his/her academic /administrative affairs or is convened to be discriminated is redressed.

Student’s Grievance Procedure:

The grievance procedure is to sort out the issues that is going out between student and college the cell enquires and analysis the grievances in a strictly confidential way to resolve the issue for this the students has to give in writing an application and drop it in the suggestion box which is placed outside the Redressal Office the cell then goes through  the content of the application and refers it to the particular committee for its necessary action the final report is drafted and submitted to the office of the principal for further course of action which is decided here

 Teasing, Abusing, Threatening or playing practical jokes causing hurt asking a student to do any act or perform some nasty act which a sensible student will always refuse to do so, ragging also comes under this

The offense or the punished student’s lieu of imprisonment may extend to two dismissals of student under SECTION-4, He /she may/can be dismissed from the institution for a period of maximum 5 years from date of order of such dismissal 

 The parent/guardian or the HoD the educational institute shall within a period of seven days of the receival of compliant, start enquiring in depth into the matter and if the student is found to be punishable, He /She has to suspend the accused and shall immediately seek for jurisdiction over the area in which the institution is placed for further course of action On enquiry by the head of the institution it is proved that the complaint received under the sub section [1] shall intimate the fact, in writing to the complainant institution that the student has indulged in ragging under sub section(1)
