The Department of Accounts was started in the year 2009-2010 and since then it is active part of the college. This department has been playing a vital role in the development of students. It provides various opportunities to students to explore their interest and aptitude. The department is basically responsible for providing guidance and counselling to students on career related issues as well as providing them with knowledge about job market. The department also conducts workshops, seminars, talks and other events to help students develop themselves as professionals.

The college welfare programmes organized by this department are very popular among the student community.
