Any disorderly conduct whether by words spoken or written or by an act which has the effect of learning, reading, handling with rudeness any other student indulging in rowdy or undisciplined activities
Ragging within or outside of any diffusion is prohibited whomsoever directly or indirectly participant’s or propagate ragging, shall on conviction be punished with imprisonment for a firm. Which would be extended by two dismissal of student any student who is convicted under Anti-Ragging policy shall be dismissed from the institution and such student is disbanded in getting enrolled in any institution. When apparent/ guardian complaints in of ragging to the head of institution the HoD of institution shall without any prejudice within 7 days of the receipt of the compliant can enquire into the matter and if it found true, can suspect the student, who is accused of the offence and can immediately forward the complaint to the police stations which has jurisdiction over the area in which the institution is situated.
